    CEE has pre-booked some hotel rooms around the exhibition halls for the convenience of exhibitors. Exhibitors can access booking links and forms in Exhibitor Online Account. The deadline for hotel booking is August 20, 2023. Late booking will be subject to the availabilitly of rooms. Additionaly, apart from the recommended hotels intemational exhibitors may find their favored hotels as well through Trip.com or Booking.com

    • When exhibitors check in, please inform the name of the exhibition and your name and then you can pay all of your room rates directly to the hotel. The Confirmation letters for your reservation will be sent to you by hotels directly.
    • The above-mentioned preferential room rates only apply to exhibitors during the expo period.
    • The room rates above are inclusive of daily breakfast(s), WI-FI and 15% service charge.
    • The official check-in time is 14:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
    • All the rooms should be guaranteed by credit card. Please read the details of cancellation policy when booking online.
    • All exhibitors' special requests, such as non-smoking rooms, bedding, pick-up service, early check-in and late check-out etc. are subject to availability or/and possible extra charge by hotel.
