Booth & Decoration
• Can we choose our booth location?
No. The floorplan layout will be arranged by the CEE organizer according to the country/region as well as the registration policy “first come, first paid and first served’.

• Will there be internet in the exhibition hall?
There is complimentary WIFI in the exhibition hall. Simply log on the wireless network shown available. Please be kindly noted that the exhibition hall internet will only be suitable for checking e-mails, blogs, etc., It is not enough for uploading and downloading big amounts of data or live streaming. If you are using foreign mobile service, please check the international rates and roaming fees before you use it.

• What is the cost of panel decoration?
CEE official contractor provide two options for panel decoration, after registration, please login your online account to download the order form.

› Where can we purchase the additional items?
You can find it in the Services module –› Additional furniture & Pai on your exhibitor online account. For Shanghai & Beijing, please contact our official booth contractor PICO and for Guangzhou & Chengdu, please reach us directly.

• Can we use our own stand builder to set up our booth?
Yes. If you have your own stand builder you can do it by yourself. Don’t forget to apply for badges for your stand builder and get the necessary approval document for entering the exhibition hall.

Exhibition Hall and Conference Area
• How may exhibitor badges are included in the booth?
4 free exhilbitor badges have been included in the booth fee. Among the 4 free exhilbitor badges, the 2 free badges for Beling are CAClE Badges. If you need more you have to pay extra fee RMB100 per person.

• Do I have to register for the China Annual Conference for International Education (CACIE)?
No. CEE exhibitors don’t need to obtain the conference pass as the given 2 exhibitor badges with code are applicable to the conference. But, if you need more pass for accessing to the conference area, you have to pay extra fee RMB3200 per person for the conference pass. The China Annual Conference & Expo for International Education (CACIE) is only taken place in Beijing from Oct.29 - 31 with the same building.

• What are the exhibition opening hours?
Beijing: October 31 - November 1 (Friday, Saturday 09:30 - 16:00)
Wuhan: November 4 (Tuesday 10:00 - 16:00)
Chengdu: November 6 (Tuesday 10:00 - 16:00)
Guangzhou: November 8 (Saturday 10:00 - 16:00)
Shanghai: November 9 (Sunday 10:00 - 16:00)

• When can we register and decorate our booth?
Beijing: Exhibitor Registration: October 29 (Wednesday 09:00 - 17:00) / October 30 (Thursday 09:00 - 18:00)
Booth Decoration: October 30 (Thursday 15:00 - 18:00)
Wuhan: November 4 (Tuesday 08:00 - 10:00)
Chengdu: November 6 (Thursday 08:00 - 10:00)
Guangzhou: November 7 (Friday 15:00 - 18:00)
Shanghai: November 8 (Saturday 15:00 - 18:00)

• Where can we get our lunch box and coffee?
The exhibitor lounge/coffer area will be located in the exhibiting area. Please keep your exhibitor badges well and enjoy the benefit CEE provides.

Visitors & Audience
• Is there any registration fee for visitor?
No. CEE is open to public for free. Once visitor have registered successfully, they can receive a visitor code which will help them to enter the exhibition hall smoothly.

• What is CEE visitors category?
According to the previous exhibition, 75%-85% visitors are students & parents, among that, around 50% student are from universities.

• Can we invite guest to visit my booth?
Yes. CEE provide the special exhibitor poster for visitor invitation. You can download it via your exhibitor online account.
